  • How long will it take for my product to arrive?
    U.S. orders ship in 7-10 business days; express shipping is available.
  • What method is used for shipping?
    All packages are shipped by USPS ONLY.
  • My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?"
    Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping takes 3-5 business days not including holidays. *During sales and promotions, please allow up to 10-14 business days due to the high volume of orders.
  • How and when will I receive my tracking number?
    Tracking information is emailed to the exact email address entered on the order form on the day of shipment. You will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
  • As an international customer, do I have to pay custom fees and/or taxes?"
    Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Bashout Cosmetics. In addition, once the package has exited the United States, we are not responsible for any conflicts such as: customs fees, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. *Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
